2006 Rent a Booth

An exhibition area will be available during October 17, 18, 19 and 20, at Congress Center Torino Incontra, in two different places: the Foyer and Torino Hall. (You can view them online by visiting: www.torinoincontra.org).
These two spaces are just next to the conferences and screenings halls, as well as to the Coffee Break and Lunch areas.
 
Two different kind of booths will be available:
the largest one measures 8 mq (4×2) and the smallest 6 mq (3×2).

The rates to rent a booth during Virtuality Conference (four days) are:
1500 € + VAT for a 8 mq booth,
1200 € + VAT for a 6 mq booth.

Every booth will be furnished with:

• Walls 250 cm high, made of grey stratified materials, with black anodized aluminum structures
• n° 1 table 130×65 cm
• n° 3 black anatomy chairs
• n° 2 spotlights - 100 watt
• n° 1 plug max. 0,5 kw
• n° 2 coat hooks
• n° 1 wastepaper basket
• fitted carpet
